What Does It Cost?
There is a nominal $25 consultation fee for real estate cases which entitles you to up to one-half hour with the qualified attorney to whom you were referred. The attorney will not charge you any additional fee during this first 30-minute meeting. This administrative fee is payable by cash or money order.
After the first meeting with the attorney, you should discuss with the lawyer the cost of additional advice or representation. There are no further charges to you from the LRS and you are under no obligation to hire the real estate attorney to whom you have been referred.
